POSITION: MS Dynamics BC Business Analyst (Contract- 3 Months)
LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid (Bryanston)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst, with MS Dynamics BC /NAV experience, to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Document the current ERP Finance setup.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability.
• Present findings to management and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Conduct a cost and functionality comparison with other ERP systems

Process Improvement:

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes.
• Propose process improvements and automation solutions.
• Monitor the implementation of changes and measure their impact.
