Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and assess new motor vehicle insurance claims.
• Verify policy coverage and determine liability.
• Communicate claim status, decisions and requirements to policyholders and third parties.

• Process payments for approved claims accurately and in a timely manner.
