This hybrid role balances focused data work with in-person collaboration and field engagement as needed.

You will lead M&E design, data management, and reporting, train staff on M&E methods, and ensure data quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing and implementing M&E systems in development or non-profit sectors.
• Strong expertise with quantitative and qualitative data analysis tools (SPSS, R, NVivo).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Development or Social Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools for multiple projects.
• Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess performance and impact.
• Develop clear M&E reports, findings, and recommendations for program improvement.
• Provide training and technical support to program staff on M&E methodologies and data collection.
