Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar logistics coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and vehicles for timely pickups and deliveries across designated routes.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to schedules and safety regulations.
• Optimize routing and load planning to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal departments to address issues and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched activities, including delivery confirmations and driver logs.
• Respond to emergencies and operational disruptions promptly, implementing contingency plans as needed.
