Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role.
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems, including WMS and TMS.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and dispatch of shipments, ensuring timely delivery to various destinations.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange transportation and confirm shipment details.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, providing updates to relevant parties and resolving delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records, including shipping documents, manifests, and inventory data.
• Assist in planning and optimization of delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Process shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels in transit and coordinate with warehouse personnel for stock management.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and resolve logistical complaints.
• Support the warehouse team with daily operational tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.
