Placements24 seeks a diligent Real Estate Appraiser in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, ZA to deliver impartial property valuations for mortgages, sales, tax, and investments. Role blends fieldwork with office analysis in a hybrid setup.

You will inspect properties, analyze market data, and prepare robust reports, adhering to professional standards and leveraging ACI/Alamode software. A valid appraisal license and 3–5 years of experience are required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in appraisal software (ACI, Alamode) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess value.
• Research and analyze comparable sales, market trends, and economic data relevant to valuation.
• Develop and prepare detailed, well-supported appraisal reports using established methodologies.
• Adhere to USPAP and industry standards; maintain organized records of appraisal activities.
• Communicate appraisal findings with clients, agents, lenders and stakeholders.
