• Professional qualification as a Valuer/Appraiser registered with SACPVP or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in property valuation and appraisal.
• Proficient in valuation software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections and detailed assessments of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Research and analyze market data, comparable sales, and local economic conditions to determine property values.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate property valuation reports adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize various valuation methodologies, including sales comparison, cost, and income approaches.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary property information.
