Placements24 is seeking a Production Line Manager for our client in Rustenburg, North West, a globally recognized manufacturer of automotive components. Lead daily line operations, drive lean initiatives, and ensure high-quality output in a hybrid on-site role.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain to optimize performance and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in production management or supervisory role, preferably in automotive or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of specific production lines and meet targets for volume, quality, and safety.
• Lead and motivate production staff, supervisors, and operators to foster high performance and accountability.
