Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiarity with routers, switches and firewalls is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and methodical approach to problems.
