You will help install and maintain routers, switches, and access points, monitor performance and security, and provide first-line end-user support. The position includes a comprehensive training program and a hybrid work arrangement to support work-life

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network hardware from major vendors.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• CompTIA Network+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, APs).
