Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Proficient in Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong IT security, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data protection.
• Experience with virtualization and backups (Veeam).
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer AD, DNS, DHCP and identity services.
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, upgrades and backups.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Oversee Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support IT security, vulnerability management and SIEM.
• Assist with DR, business continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Provide user support and technical guidance to staff.
