Job summary

Sataya is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Cape Town to take hands-on control of inventory accuracy, stock availability and shelf life across South Africa and UK warehouses. The role focuses on maintaining Sage Intacct records and ensuring correct stock placement to support sales.

You will monitor expiry dates, manage excess stock, support online and retail replenishment, and assist the Procurement function with purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric with a related diploma advantageous.
• 1–3 years in inventory control or supply chain coordination.
• Sage Intacct experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process stock transactions in Sage Intacct and maintain records across sites.
• Monitor stock levels against demand and flag shortages early.
• Track shelf life and expiry dates; work with Brand teams to reduce losses.
