Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Process Analyst to join our operations team in Bloemfontein. You will analyze current industrial processes, collect and interpret data, and identify improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and maintain quality standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and operators to develop recommendations and support implementation of process enhancements, aiming for smooth, effective industrial operations in the Free State with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in process analysis or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Minitab.
• Strong understanding of process mapping techniques and operational metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed studies of current industrial processes, including workflow mapping and time-motion studies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending process enhancements.
• Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine procedures and standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
