Placements24 is seeking an experienced Skills Development Trainer for Mahikeng, North West. You will deliver vocational training, assess learner progress, and help learners develop job-ready skills in a hybrid teaching environment.

The role emphasizes practical instruction, classroom management, and adapting methods to diverse learners. You will collaborate with curriculum teams and mentor learners toward career pathways.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification or vocational certification in a specific field.
• Minimum of 3 years of vocational training or instructional experience.
• Proven ability to deliver hands-on training and assess skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to manage a classroom or workshop environment.
• Familiarity with North West/Mahikeng local industry needs is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-person/remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions based on established curricula for vocational skills.
