Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of business processes and system analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with data analysis or process modeling is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to the Richards Bay office as required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new business solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.
