Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and project teams on process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and solutions.
• Help in preparing project documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) by executing test cases and reporting defects.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks.
