Placements24 in Stellenbosch is seeking a motivated Graduate Business Analyst to join our client’s management consulting team. You will help analyze business operations, map processes, and develop practical recommendations for diverse clients.

You’ll work with senior consultants in a hybrid office setup, gaining exposure to market research, stakeholder interviews, and business case development while building your advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of business principles and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in business analysis and consulting.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management fundamentals.
