Placements24 seeks a meticulous Fleet Administrator to support our vehicle operations team in Sandton, Gauteng. This hybrid role covers fleet maintenance, licensing, insurance, and driver records to keep vehicles compliant, well-maintained, and documented.

You will work with a structured role emphasizing accurate record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across internal departments to ensure safety and efficiency of the fleet.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within fleet management or automotive services.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software and database management systems.
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all fleet vehicles, including registration, licensing, and insurance details.
• Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Process invoices and expenses related to fleet operations.
• Assist in managing driver compliance documentation and records.
