Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or operations support.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication with staff, vendors and management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with facilities software is a plus.
• Proactive issue-resolution and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to keep spaces safe and functional.
• Manage external vendors, service providers, and contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and building improvements.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with office moves, renovations and space reconfiguration.
• Respond to staff facilities requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance in the workplace.
• Maintain records of facilities expenses and service agreements.
• Support other administrative tasks to boost operational efficiency.
