Placements24 is seeking an experienced Event Producer & Coordinator in Benoni to lead the full event lifecycle from concept to post-event analysis. This hybrid role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to deliver memorable experiences aligned with client objectives.

You will manage budgets, timelines, venue selection, and vendor negotiations, ensure flawless on-site execution, and provide ROI reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong understanding of event budgeting, logistics, and vendor negotiation.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and occasional on-site event requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
• Develop creative event concepts and themes that align with client objectives and target audiences.
• Manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless event operations.
