Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in environmental services management in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience in cleaning, sanitation and waste management operations.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and regulatory knowledge.
• Proficiency with reporting/management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage environmental services programs (cleaning, sanitation, waste disposal) for industrial facilities.
• Supervise and lead environmental services staff with training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify hazards or compliance issues.
• Manage procurement, inventory and maintenance of cleaning supplies and waste systems.
• Develop and monitor budgets for the environmental services department.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and safety for integrated operations.
• Implement waste reduction and recycling programs.
• Prepare reports on performance, compliance and costs.
