Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in early childhood education.
• Understanding of child development theories and best practices in early learning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and observational skills.
• Ability to create engaging and educational content.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for working with young children and commitment to their wellbeing.
• First Aid certification is advantageous.
• Background check and police clearance will be required.

Responsibilities

• Design age-appropriate educational programs and activities promoting holistic development.
• Observe and assess children’s progress; communicate with parents about development and wellbeing.
