Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar in e-commerce.
• Successful management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media advertising, display, and affiliate channels.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve e-commerce sales targets.
• Conduct keyword research, campaign setup, audience targeting, and ad creative development.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on CPC, CPA, conversions.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
