Qualifications

• Experience in well design, drilling operations and rig management.
• Proficiency with drilling simulation software and well control principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute drilling programs and operational plans.
• Select fluids, equipment, and techniques for various formations.
• Perform hydraulics, cement design, and directional drilling calculations.
• Identify and mitigate hazards and risks, develop contingency plans.
• Supervise drilling operations ensuring safety and environmental standards.
