Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in operations management, with multi-site or district experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive cost efficiencies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities across the Klerksdorp district to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement plans for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.
• Lead, mentor and develop district staff, fostering high performance and accountability.
