Placements24 is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee our Mahikeng area. You will lead operational teams, optimize resources, and ensure service quality across multiple sites, balancing on-site presence with strategic remote planning.

The role requires 5–7 years in operations management, a degree in business or related field, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive improvements while engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of operations management experience, preferably multi-site.
• Experience leading teams, budgeting, and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid work model with regular on-site presence in Mahikeng.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operational activities across the assigned area to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement operational plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead and motivate operational teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
