Job summary

Underground Ecom is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the strategy and execution for 3–5 ecommerce clients, focusing on retention and growth. You will design strategies, communicate with clients, and implement Klaviyo-based campaigns and automations.

You will manage a creative team, collaborate with Client Success, and drive results across campaigns, flows, and seasonal initiatives such as Black Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create retention strategies for 3–5 ecommerce clients.

• Explore additional retention channels (Messenger, SMS, Loyalty).
• Present reports and strategy to clients; manage project delivery.
