Placements24 is recruiting a skilled Conveyancer for a well-established Upington law firm. The role focuses on managing property transfers, drafting deeds and bond documents, and coordinating with lenders and authorities to ensure accurate processing.

You will liaise with clients and professional partners, maintain trust accounts, and stay abreast of current property law developments. A hybrid work model enables in-office collaboration and remote work.

Competenze

• Admitted Conveyancer with SA qualification and right to practice.
• Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in conveyancing.
• Proven track record handling high-volume property transfers.
• Knowledge of Deeds Registries Act and related legislation.
• Proficiency with conveyancing software and practice management systems.

Mansioni

• Handle all aspects of property transfers, including registration of bonds, cancellations, and sectional title transactions.
• Draft and prepare conveyancing documents such as deeds of sale, bond applications, and transfer papers.
• Liaise with estate agents, financial institutions, Deeds Office and SARS to ensure timely processing.
• Conduct searches and obtain documentation for transfers.
• Manage client accounts and trust accounts related to conveyancing transactions.
• Provide expert advice on property-related legal matters.
• Maintain accurate transaction and client communication records.
