Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequences and resources.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules.
• Gather task durations, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Analyze progress against baseline schedules and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.
