The role requires strategic thinking with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

The position is hybrid, allowing for strategic remote planning and coordination alongside essential on-site supervision and client interaction, demanding strong leadership and clear communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to negotiate contracts.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, and budget management.
• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor project performance and address issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
