Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• 4+ years in corporate partnerships, business development, fundraising, or marketing.
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate prospective corporate partners aligned with the mission.
• Develop engaging proposals outlining partnership opportunities and impact.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with clear terms.
• Manage and grow existing corporate relationships and engagement.
• Organize joint initiatives, events, and campaigns with partners.
• Track progress, measure ROI, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
