Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Project Manager specializing in commercial construction in Randburg. You will oversee all phases from planning to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Leadership, clear communication, and strong regulatory knowledge are essential for coordinating cross-functional teams and client contacts. We expect 5–7 years of relevant experience, a solid track record, and proficiency in codes, safety, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and management of subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
• Resolve project issues and mitigate risks effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
