Placements24 is seeking a Lead Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning services across multiple sites in and around Bloemfontein. The role blends on-site leadership with remote coordination to optimize staff performance, safety, and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in cleaning operations.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning operations across facilities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and monitor cleaning policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets for supplies, equipment, and staffing for cost-effectiveness.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff for high performance.
• Conduct site inspections for cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
