Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of tertiary teaching experience in Business Studies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to teach face-to-face and online.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials on business topics including management, marketing, finance and entrepreneurship.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment strategies to ensure relevance and rigor.
• Assess student work through exams, assignments, presentations and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor and advise students, offering academic guidance and support throughout their studies.
• Contribute to departmental activities, curriculum reviews and faculty meetings.
