Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in business analysis or equivalent required.
• Experience in software design/analysis, software maintenance, and process improvement.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases and elements; form project teams and establish budgets.
• Monitor progress by tracking activity, reporting progress and proposing actions based on data modelling.
• Communicate with client stakeholders to assess expectations and gather requirements.
• Study business functions, gather information and evaluate output requirements and formats.
• Write project specifications and improve systems by designing modifications.
