Placements24 is seeking an experienced Bar Manager for a premium upscale bar in Benoni, Gauteng. The role blends on-site and remote tasks, focusing on overseeing operations, training staff, and crafting an exceptional beverage program.

You will manage inventory, promotions and events while ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards in a high-volume environment. A passion for mixology and guest experience is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years as Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a high-volume, premium establishment.
• Proven mixology expertise and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in staff training and performance management.
• Knowledge of licensing laws and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage costs and maintain profit margins.
