About the Role

Our client, a vibrant and popular hospitality venue, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to lead their beverage operations. This is a remote-first position where you will remotely oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of all bar and lounge activities. You will be responsible for developing exciting drink menus, managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience through innovative beverage offerings and excellent service standards. This role requires a creative individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of mixology and beverage trends, and the ability to manage a team effectively through virtual collaboration. Key Responsibilities
