You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory control, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a memorable experience for patrons. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage bar staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and motivation.
• Develop and maintain creative and appealing beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Control inventory, manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
