Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design or practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Experience with rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent graphic and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with South African building regulations and standards.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design sensibility and technical competence.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop architectural designs from concept through construction drawings.
• Prepare presentation materials, renderings, diagrams, and models.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using industry software.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors through all phases.
• Conduct site surveys and document existing conditions.
