The ideal candidate has a quantitative background, at least 5 years in aircraft performance or a similar analytical field, and strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, MATLAB and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Aerospace/Mechanical/Math/Physics) is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight data to monitor and improve aircraft performance, fuel use, and engine efficiency.
• Develop and maintain performance models and databases for the fleet.
