Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking an experienced CRM Integration Specialist to audit and enhance HubSpot integrations across VOIP, WhatsApp, email, and back-of-house systems. You will map data flows, identify gaps, and craft a prioritized roadmap, balancing native HubSpot solutions, Zapier workflows, and custom API work.

You will own data quality, governance, and integration documentation, collaborating with the Head of CRM and IT to ensure scalable, secure data exchange across B2C and B2B pipelines.

Qualifications

• HubSpot Certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years CRM experience with HubSpot or similar platform including API usage.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using Zapier and/or similar automation tools.
• Experience integrating CRM with telephony/VOIP, messaging (WhatsApp Business API) and email infrastructure.
• Experience integrating CRM with internal back-of-house systems.
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools and their CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON data structures.
• Ability to read/write basic scripts to extend integrations.
• Strong data mapping, transformation and data quality principles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Audit and map existing HubSpot integrations (VOIP, WhatsApp, email, data tools) for gaps.
• Develop a prioritized integration roadmap with quick wins and longer-term fixes.
• Design and maintain HubSpot integrations with internal systems and data enrichment.
• Build custom integrations and data syncs using HubSpot API and automation tools.
• Monitor performance, set up error handling and alerting.
• Collaborate with CRM leadership to align priorities and with vendors as needed.
• Create clear technical documentation and enable knowledge transfer.
