CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking an HSE Systems and Assurance Lead for AMETA to shape how health, safety and environment governance is implemented across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and beyond.

You will design, simplify and embed management systems, working with operations to ensure critical controls are effective. You will partner with senior leaders, translate global standards into practical regional solutions, and drive continuous improvement through data and governance practices.

Qualificações

• Experience designing or transforming management systems.
• Proven ability to embed sustainable governance in complex regional operations.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders.
• Experience in industries with mature governance or risk management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evolution and simplification of the AMETA HSE Management System.
• Strengthen regional assurance frameworks, methodologies, governance processes.
• Develop assurance programs focused on controls, risk effectiveness, system health.
• Build capability in assurance, verification and governance.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate global standards into practical solutions.
• Leverage data to support continuous improvement and decision making.
• Drive consistency across geographies while balancing local needs.
• Support long-term maturity of HSE systems and organisational capability.
