Teraco Data Environments in Gauteng invites a detail‑driven administrator to support the Health, Safety and Environment department. The role focuses on administration requirements, data transfer, documentation and system updates.

You will manage LOAs and training records, publish EPP documents, maintain Rapid, Ozone and SharePoint data, take minutes, engage contractors and ensure timely reporting to the HOD.

Responsibilities

• Support HSE operations with the monitoring and maintenance of Rapid Contractor for Teraco Staff LOA’s and Training requirements.
• Review and draft EPP documents for publishing in consultation with Safety Officers, Regional Managers and departments if required on a monthly basis.
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
• Upload related HSE documents to Rapid system.
• Activate and deactivate staff on Rapid Incident, Rapid Risk and Rapid Contractor, ticketing on Ozone for staff activation and deactivation.
• Support the HOD’s for Operations Health and Safety, HOD Infrastructure Development Projects and the Senior Environmental Officer with their day-to day administrative requirements, i.e., Taking minutes of meetings, Contractor/Supplier engagement, etc.
• Update H Drive with relevant HSE Documentation and ensure accuracy of system documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of HSE data form external sources before entering it into the system.
• Retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested (SharePoint), ensure latest revisions are available.
• Ozone Ticket completion for new staff and staff that resigns.
• Transfer all captured HSE Incidents on Rapid Incident to Ozone, timeously within Client SLA’s and Internal Company timeframe’s.
• Compare monthly Rapid incidents loaded against Ozone incidents loaded and report to HOD. Assisting Contractors on Rapid requirements on a daily basis which includes training, verifying contractor documents on the S4 module.
• Generator reports through Rapid Auditor pertaining to the Safety Awareness Items logged into monthly reports for HOD.
• Engage with Operational and Maintenance department regarding Rapid administrative requirements.
