HR Business Partner will partner with the senior leadership team and business leaders of division to define, develop, and execute people strategies that align organization structure, culture and talent to meet our business priorities. HRBP will lead talent management, performance management, culture and engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR process governance and HR admin processes related to the assigned countries.
Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Retention
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce and talent pipeline plans aligned with business strategy.
- Own and govern the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire the right talent while building future talent pipelines.
- Analyze employee turnover and exit interview data to identify retention risks and develop initiatives to improve employee retention.
- Drive performance improvement and reinforce behaviors aligned with company leadership values.
Talent Development
- Lead and manage organization and talent review processes at the subsidiary level.
- Design and implement training and development programs based on business needs and RHQ/HQ direction.
- Partner with leaders to provide development opportunities aligned with business requirements and individual development plans.
- Manage the execution and effectiveness of training programs and analyze outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Lead the annual salary review process and develop compensation and reward strategies that support business performance and employee engagement.
- Partner with RHQ/HQ HR teams and business leaders to ensure competitive and market-aligned compensation practices.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to support compensation decisions.
- Review and manage employee benefits, allowances, and incentive programs.
- Review and validate incentive payment requests and support the design of new incentive plans.
Performance Management
- Drive a high-performance culture aligned with corporate performance management practices.
- Partner with leaders to translate business and organizational goals into meaningful performance objectives.
- Lead periodic performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance and capability evaluations.
Culture & Engagement
- Lead culture and change management initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze employee feedback and organizational data to identify opportunities for productivity and employee experience improvement.
- Develop and promote effective employee feedback and communication mechanisms.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement.
HR Services & Administration
- Provide end-to-end HR support and business partnering to employees, managers, and leaders.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
- Maintain accurate payroll data and employee records and address payroll-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll requirements and regulations.
Basic Qualifications
- More than 10 years' relevant HR experience is required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced computer skills: MS office, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
