You will shape data-driven decision-making and lead cross-university collaboration. Experience in Higher Education is advantageous, with 6–8 years in HR tech and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• M+4 qualification in HR, HC Technology, Information Systems, Analytics or related fields.
• 6–8 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Higher Education is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for HR digital transformation, governance and policy coordination.
• Translate HR strategy into technology-enabled, data-driven solutions.
• Develop people analytics, workforce reporting, and predictive insights for decision-making.
• Lead change management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Engage stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships across the university.
