Placements24 in Bloemfontein is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to support HR tasks, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, and maintaining records. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations in the Free State.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1–3 years HR support or administrative experience.
• Familiarity with South African labor law basics and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, posting ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding of new employees and ensure all documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system.
• Provide HR administrative support, prepare correspondence and reports.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll-related tasks.
