Job summary

Profession Hub is hiring an HR/Payroll Administrator to support HR, payroll and time and attendance functions. You will handle queries, ensure accuracy in tax calculations, and maintain HR and payroll reporting.

A strong Excel user comfortable with Office 365 and Teams, you communicate clearly in English, work independently, and adapt to change. Transport is recommended and a proactive attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Payroll, and T&A functions.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Teams a must.
• Fully computer literate.
• Strong Excel Skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll functions including Tax calculations, HR and payroll legislative reporting (This will be tested during the interview process).
• Good communication skills, verbal and written - English.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work without supervision and in a changing environment.
• Work under pressure.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer problems (Excel, Office).
• Own transport recommended.
• Good work ethics.
