Job summary

Sasol is seeking an HR Operations professional to implement HR processes, support employees and line managers, and drive HR analytics across the client portfolio. The role focuses on delivering efficient HR services, onboarding new staff, and supporting talent management with data-driven insights.

The candidate will engage with HR Managers and line managers to ensure compliant processes, job evaluations, and continuous improvement of HR practices within the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR solutions implementation for assigned client portfolio with high service levels.
• Be the single point of contact for HR-related issues.
• Support HR data analytics and reporting with accurate data.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Assist with talent management, change management, and employee relations initiatives.
