Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, seeks a capable lecturer to deliver allocated modules and support students through assessments. You will manage resources, update the LMS, engage in assessments, and participate in academic meetings to enhance teaching and learning.

Responsibilities include developing materials, supporting registration/orientation, and contributing to research targets. Minimum 3 years lecturing experience and relevant HR/Business qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• A three-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management; alternatively: a three-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, with Industrial Psychology or Labour Law and Human Resource Management up to second-year level; or a three-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with Human Resource Management up to second-year level, including a module combination in Psychology, Office Administration or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students in line with module requirements.
• Update Learning Management System and provide feedback to students.
• Support assessment preparation and results tracking with Central Academic Team.
• Develop teaching-learning materials for module outcomes.
• Conduct scholarly research and contribute to targets.
