The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hotel housekeeping supervisory experience, a keen eye for detail, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years hotel housekeeping supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties are cleaned to 5* standards.
• Help to get new properties deep cleaned so they are guest-ready.
• Work as part of the housekeeping team.
• Spot and report damages for quick rectification.
• Maintain high performance with minimal supervision.
• Interact with guests professionally.
• Assign keys and company assets.
• Perform spot checks of cleans.
• Check owner bookings before arrival.
• Provide daily feedback to team.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and Property Managers.
• Assist with check-ins when needed.
• Assist with admin duties as needed.
